Ability to stay organized for scheduling requirements.
Focus on assignment completion to ensure customer satisfaction and timely invoices.
Ability to assist dispatcher with prioritizing.
Maintain professional quality information files for reference with supervisor on payroll, billing, projects, etc.
Communicate all project opportunities to the service manager and projects sales representative.
Communicate and reschedule all incomplete work with PRM dispatcher.
Communicate situational information appropriate customer contact.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must have and provide a clean DMV report covering the past (3) years
Must understand and comply with all safety and OSHA requirements.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Must be capable of effectively speaking and writing in the English language.
Universal EPA Certification.
Capable of working alone or on a team.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding technical issues.
HVAC Trade school or college courses a plus.
Must understand the fundamentals of refrigeration systems, chillers, pumps, air handling systems, duct work and VAV systems, boilers, etc.
Must have an understanding of electrical troubleshooting for both low voltage controls and high voltage power.
