This role focuses on understanding how work is performed across systems, workflows, and data, then leading practical improvements that reduce manual work, improve information quality, and help our teams operate more effectively.</span></p><p style="margin: 0; text-align: start;" dir="ltr"> </p><p style="margin: 0; text-align: start;" dir="ltr"><span style="font-size:11pt;">This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who has already done this kind of work and can lead process and systems improvements from discovery through implementation with limited day-to-day direction. The right person is comfortable stepping into an established business, asking strong questions, and turning loosely defined problems into workable solutions.</span></p><p style="margin: 0; text-align: start;" dir="ltr"> </p><p style="margin: 0; text-align: start;" dir="ltr"><span style="font-size:11pt;">The position reports through IT and works closely with Preconstruction, Sales, Estimating, Business Systems, and company leadership.</span><br> </p></div>

<div class="ck-content" data-wrapper="true" dir="ltr" style="--ck-image-style-spacing: 1.5em; --ck-inline-image-style-spacing: calc(var(--ck-image-style-spacing) / 2); font-family: Segoe UI; font-size: 9pt;"><p style="margin: 0; text-align: start;" dir="ltr"><span style="font-size:11pt;">•Lead working sessions to understand current workflows, systems, data, and pain points.</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">•Document current-state processes and design practical future-state improvements.</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">•Identify opportunities to reduce duplicate entry, manual work, and disconnected information.</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">•Determine when an issue calls for training, process changes, system configuration, automation, or new technology.</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">•Translate business needs into clear requirements, process maps, and implementation priorities.</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">•Lead improvements through testing, implementation, training, and adoption.</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">•Coordinate larger technical work with internal IT, software vendors, and developers.</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">•Improve how CRM, estimating tools, SharePoint, Excel, and reporting systems connect.</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">•Establish standards for data quality, field definitions, document structure, and system ownership.</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">•Build useful reporting for pipeline, estimating, historical project data, and sales activity.</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">•Identify practical automation and AI opportunities once the process and data are solid.</span><br> </p></div>
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, & Experience

<div class="ck-content" data-wrapper="true" dir="ltr" style="--ck-image-style-spacing: 1.5em; --ck-inline-image-style-spacing: calc(var(--ck-image-style-spacing) / 2); font-family: Segoe UI; font-size: 9pt;"><p style="margin: 0; text-align: start;" dir="ltr"><span style="font-size:11pt;">•3+ years of hands-on experience in business systems analysis, process improvement, systems implementation, or a closely related role.</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">•Direct experience leading at least one or two process or systems improvements from start through implementation, not just supporting someone else's project.</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">•Experience gathering requirements from operational users and managers.</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">•Experience mapping workflows and turning business needs into clear requirements.</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">•Working knowledge of CRM, ERP, reporting, workflow, or document-management systems.</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">•Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">•Ability to work through ambiguity, set priorities, and move work forward independently.</span></p><p style="margin: 0; text-align: start;" dir="ltr"> </p><p style="margin: 0; text-align: start;" dir="ltr"><span style="font-size:11pt;"><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">•Experience supporting Preconstruction, Estimating, Sales, Project Management, or a similar operational group.</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">•Experience in a project-based industry such as construction, engineering, manufacturing, or specialty contracting (helpful but not required).</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">•Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint.</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">•Familiarity with estimating data, project-cost data, SQL, APIs, or system integrations.</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">•Experience evaluating practical automation or AI use cases.</span><br> </p></div>
Salary Range
*
$90,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on relevant experience and demonstrated ability to independently lead process and systems improvements(FMLA Non-Exempt)
