This role will focus on understanding how work is currently being performed across systems, workflows, and data, then identifying and driving practical improvements.</span></p><p style="margin: 0;"> </p><p style="margin: 0;"><span style="font-size:11pt;">The right candidate will work closely with Preconstruction, IT, and Business Systems to improve process flow, reduce manual work, improve system usage, and help define larger initiatives that align with company priorities.</span></p><p style="margin: 0;"> </p><p style="margin: 0;"><span style="font-size:11pt;">This role reports directly to IT, with a strong dotted-line partnership to the Preconstruction team.</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;"> </span></p></div>

<div class="ck-content" data-wrapper="true" dir="ltr" style="--ck-image-style-spacing: 1.5em; --ck-inline-image-style-spacing: calc(var(--ck-image-style-spacing) / 2); font-family: Segoe UI; font-size: 9pt;"><p style="margin: 0;"><span style="font-size:11pt;">•Partner with Preconstruction stakeholders to understand current workflows, systems usage, and pain points</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">•Identify inefficiencies, duplicate entry, manual workarounds, and gaps in process or system design</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">•Recommend and help drive low-effort, high-impact improvements</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">•Improve consistency in system usage, field structure, naming, and data quality</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">•Help translate business needs into clearly defined requirements and scoped initiatives</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">•Coordinate with IT, Business Systems, and business leaders to support implementation of improvements</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">•Help develop larger ideas into structured projects for the company project pipeline</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">•Identify opportunities for future automation, reporting, and AI-enabled improvements as part of broader process maturity</span><br> </p></div>
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, & Experience

<div class="ck-content" data-wrapper="true" dir="ltr" style="--ck-image-style-spacing: 1.5em; --ck-inline-image-style-spacing: calc(var(--ck-image-style-spacing) / 2); font-family: Segoe UI; font-size: 9pt;"><p style="margin: 0;"><span style="font-size:11pt;">•3+ years of experience in business systems analysis, process improvement, operations support, or a related role</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">•Strong ability to understand workflows and translate business needs into practical system and process improvements</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">•Experience working across business systems such as CRM, ERP, reporting, or operational platforms</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">•Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">•Comfortable working directly with operational teams to understand how work is actually being performed</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">•Data analytics experience is a plus, but not the primary focus of the role</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">•Construction, Preconstruction, estimating, or project-based operations experience is helpful but not required</span><br> </p></div>
Salary Range

$75,000 - $85,000 depending on experience (FMLA Non-Exempt)
