<div class="ck-content" data-wrapper="true" dir="ltr" style="--ck-image-style-spacing: 1.5em; --ck-inline-image-style-spacing: calc(var(--ck-image-style-spacing) / 2); font-family: Segoe UI; font-size: 9pt;"><p style="margin: 0;"><span style="font-size:11pt;">· Completion of technical/vocational schooling or equal industry specific experience.</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">· Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external personnel using proper etiquette.</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">· Minimum experience of 3+ years with Building Automation and Control Systems.</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">· Experience with Distech and Tridium systems is preferred but not required.</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">· Efficient in Windows, Word, Excel, Visio, Auto Cad, and learn new software programs as required.</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">· Demonstrates strong knowledge of mechanical systems and have the ability to learn additional building systems as required.</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">· Understand electrical systems, appropriate codes, and Pacific Rim standards.</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">· Work with subcontractors to insure proper installation procedures.</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">· Demonstrated understanding of communication protocols such as LON, BACnet and Modbus.</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">· Demonstrated understanding of computers, networks and software.</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">· Must have a valid California driver’s license and provide a clean DMV report covering the past (3) years to operate a company vehicle.</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">· Must understand and comply with all safety and OSHA requirements.</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">· Must be authorized to legally work in the United States.</span><br><span style="font-size:11pt;">· Must be capable of effectively speaking and writing in the English language.</span><br> </p></div>
Salary Range

$30-$60 per hour Based on Experience (FMLA Non-Exempt) Truck/Van to be provided but is contingent on approved DMV report.
