To assist in the overall coordination of business systems administration and support for both internal and external clients.</p></div>

<div class="ck-content" data-wrapper="true" dir="ltr" style="--ck-image-style-spacing: 1.5em; --ck-inline-image-style-spacing: calc(var(--ck-image-style-spacing) / 2); --ck-color-selector-caption-background: hsl(0, 0%, 97%); --ck-color-selector-caption-text: hsl(0, 0%, 20%); font-family: Segoe UI; font-size: 11pt;"><p style="margin: 0;"> </p><ul style="padding-inline-start: 40px; margin-inline-start: 0px; margin-inline-end: 0px;"><li>Responsible for the coordination, scheduling and field placement of service technicians for emergency service calls and open projects.</li><li>Provide clients with estimated arrival times for emergency service and updates on open projects.</li><li>Act as a liaison between customers, service technicians, project managers, sales engineers, and Area Service Managers.</li><li>Coordinate and monitor technician’s location and assignments to ensure field technicians are on time and following proper protocol for customer satisfaction.</li><li>Review work orders prior to billing, including proof reading and accuracy of labor hours and material.</li><li>Coordinate project start-ups with client, project managers, and service technicians.</li><li>Maintain a positive communication with all current customers and potential customers to facilitate growth opportunities.</li><li>Promptly address customer concerns and complaints to assure resolution and to maintain long-term relationships.</li><li>Advise Area Service Managers or Directors of all major customer issues and provide an action plan for resolution.</li></ul></div>

Salary Range

$23-$26 per hour based on experience (FSLA Non-Exempt)
