Primary Function

<p>As an experienced helpdesk tech, you will help navigate our users to a successful resolution of their IT problems. You will be tasked to take calls and emails from all lines of business and get them logged into our Case management system. You will be encouraged to leverage the team's knowledge base in order to solve problems and continue to build skills necessary to further your career in IT. This position is work from the office.</p>
Typical Duties

Salary Range

$25 - $30 per hour based on experience (FSLA Non-Exempt)
