<div class="ck-content" data-wrapper="true" dir="ltr" style="--ck-image-style-spacing: 1.5em; --ck-inline-image-style-spacing: calc(var(--ck-image-style-spacing) / 2); font-family: Segoe UI; font-size: 9pt;"><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0;"> </p><ul style="list-style-position: inside;"><li><div class="ck-content stickystyles-wrapper-insert" style="font-family:Segoe UI;font-size:9pt;" dir="ltr" data-wrapper="true"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;font-size:11.0pt;">Completion of technical/vocational schooling or equal industry specific experience.</span></div></li><li><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0;"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;font-size:11.0pt;">Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external personnel using proper etiquette. </span></p></li><li><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0;"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;font-size:11.0pt;">Minimum experience of 3+ years with Building Automation and Control Systems.</span></p></li><li><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0;"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;font-size:11.0pt;">Experience with Distech and Tridium systems is preferred but not required.</span></p></li><li><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0;"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;font-size:11.0pt;">Efficient in Windows, Word, Excel, Visio, Auto Cad, and learn new software programs as required.</span></p></li><li><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0;"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;font-size:11.0pt;">Demonstrates strong knowledge of mechanical systems and have the ability to learn additional building systems as required. </span></p></li><li><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0;"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;font-size:11.0pt;">Understand electrical systems, appropriate codes, and Pacific Rim standards.</span></p></li><li><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0;"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;font-size:11.0pt;">Work with subcontractors to insure proper installation procedures.</span></p></li><li><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0;"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;font-size:11.0pt;">Demonstrated understanding of communication protocols such as LON, BACnet and Modbus.</span></p></li><li><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0;"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;font-size:11.0pt;">Demonstrated understanding of computers, networks and software.</span></p></li><li><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0;"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;font-size:11.0pt;">Must have a valid California driver’s license and provide a clean DMV report covering the past (3) years to operate a company vehicle.</span></p></li><li><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0;"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;font-size:11.0pt;">Must understand and comply with all safety and OSHA requirements.</span></p></li><li><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0;"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;font-size:11.0pt;">Must be authorized to legally work in the United States.</span></p></li><li><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0;"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;font-size:11.0pt;">Must be capable of effectively speaking and writing in the English language</span></p></li></ul></div>
Salary Range

$30 to $60 per hour depending on experience.
