<div class="ck-content" data-wrapper="true" dir="ltr" style="--ck-image-style-spacing: 1.5em; --ck-inline-image-style-spacing: calc(var(--ck-image-style-spacing) / 2); font-family: Segoe UI; font-size: 11pt;"><p style="margin: 0;">We are seeking a hands-on IT Field Support Specialist to support day-to-day IT operations across our offices and job sites.</p><p style="margin: 0;">This role combines traditional helpdesk responsibilities with field-based support, including on-site setups, equipment provisioning, and direct user assistance.</p><p style="margin: 0;">The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and in collaboration with the IT team to ensure smooth operations across all locations.</p><p style="margin: 0;">This role may expand to support additional IT initiatives and projects as our organization grows.</p><p style="margin: 0;">This position is primarily office-based and is expected to work from our office on a regular basis. However, given the nature of the role, which includes travel to job sites and remote offices, there may be flexibility to work remotely when it aligns with job site visits or improves efficiency based on location.</p></div>

<div class="ck-content" data-wrapper="true" dir="ltr" style="--ck-image-style-spacing: 1.5em; --ck-inline-image-style-spacing: calc(var(--ck-image-style-spacing) / 2); font-family: Segoe UI; font-size: 11pt;"><p style="margin: 0;">•Provision, configure, and deploy laptops for employees, including imaging, software installation, and account setup<br>•Set up new hire accounts and ensure proper access to systems and applications<br>•Troubleshoot, repair, and coordinate warranty service for laptops and IT equipment<br>•Set up and support IT infrastructure at job sites (connectivity, devices, and basic troubleshooting)<br>•Travel to remote and satellite offices to ensure consistent IT operations and provide onsite technical support<br>•Remote and satellite office travel will primarily be San Diego and Orange County, with occasional travel to Los Angeles County, Riverside County, and other surrounding areas, depending on job site<br>•Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets, including hardware, software, and user support issues<br>•Order, track, and maintain inventory of IT equipment (laptops, monitors, peripherals, etc.)<br>•Assist with phone system support and device setup<br>•Coordinate delivery, setup, and relocation of IT equipment as needed<br>•Maintain documentation and tracking of equipment, setups, and site configurations<br> </p></div>
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, & Experience

<div class="ck-content" data-wrapper="true" dir="ltr" style="--ck-image-style-spacing: 1.5em; --ck-inline-image-style-spacing: calc(var(--ck-image-style-spacing) / 2); font-family: Segoe UI; font-size: 11pt;"><p style="margin: 0;">•5+ years of IT support or helpdesk experience (field support a plus)<br>•Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and standard business applications (Microsoft 365, etc.)<br>•Experience with laptop provisioning and troubleshooting hardware issues<br>•Familiarity with networking basics (Wi-Fi setup, cabling, troubleshooting connectivity)<br>•Ability to work independently and manage tasks across multiple locations<br>•Strong communication and customer service skills<br>•Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to job sites and offices</p><p style="margin: 0;"> </p><p style="margin: 0;">Nice-to-Have<br>•Experience with Intune, Autopilot, or device management platforms<br>•Experience supporting field or construction environments<br> </p></div>
Salary Range
*
$70,000 – $90,000 annually, depending on experience (FLSA Non-Exempt)
