<div class="ck-content" data-wrapper="true" dir="ltr" style="--ck-image-style-spacing: 1.5em; --ck-inline-image-style-spacing: calc(var(--ck-image-style-spacing) / 2); font-family: Segoe UI; font-size: 11pt;"><p style="margin: 0;">Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager in commercial/industrial construction</p><p style="margin: 0;">Experience with design/build delivery a plus</p><p style="margin: 0;">Experience managing mechanical, plumbing, process or BMS/BAS controls scope preferred but not required</p><p style="margin: 0;">Experience building laboratories or cleanrooms also preferred but not required.</p><p style="margin: 0;">Engineering, Construction Management degree or trade experience preferred</p><p style="margin: 0;">Proficient with BlueBeam and MS Suite of programs</p><p style="margin: 0;">Familiarity with BIM platforms, coordination execution and VDC management a plus</p><p style="margin: 0;">Self- Directed/motivated</p><p style="margin: 0;">Organized</p><p style="margin: 0;">Excellent communicator (written & verbal)</p><p style="margin: 0;">Be coachable, and can coach PEs and APMs</p></div>
Salary Range

$110k-140k annually based on experience (FSLA Exempt) + car allowance & bonus
