<div class="ck-content" data-wrapper="true" dir="ltr" style="--ck-image-style-spacing: 1.5em; --ck-inline-image-style-spacing: calc(var(--ck-image-style-spacing) / 2); font-family: Segoe UI; font-size: 11pt;"><p style="margin: 0;">The VDC/BIM Process Specialist I is a position in construction technology working within the Ops Tech <br>team aimed at efficiency in project delivery in Detailing, coordination, and prefabrication.</p><p style="margin: 0;"> </p><p style="margin: 0;">As a member of the VDC Team, you will drive high value innovations and quality workflow improvements <br>within a diverse team environment in three key areas:<br> · Detailing Trade Department Staff as a Specialized Technology Support Person<br> · Specialized Project Deliverable responsibility including but not limited to 3D Scan and Mesh<br> processing, Revit Model setup, Precon and Operations Reports and other Project deliverables.<br> · Revit and Fabrication Software Setup and Data Entry, Organization and Management<br> · Assist Detailing Team Engagement in learning through written, web, and video media creation.<br> · Evaluate and Implement New Technology-Driven Processes within company Operations <br> including Detailing, Engineering, Preconstruction, and Operations/ Construction.</p></div>

<div class="ck-content" data-wrapper="true" dir="ltr" style="--ck-image-style-spacing: 1.5em; --ck-inline-image-style-spacing: calc(var(--ck-image-style-spacing) / 2); font-family: Segoe UI; font-size: 11pt;"><p style="margin: 0;">In Specialized Project Deliverables, you will help perform general BIM Model and model setup <br>responsibilities for Mechanical Construction Projects, VDC process and file management and content <br>creation. </p><p style="margin: 0;">Your work in data setup for software, database and processes will contribute to our goal of <br>developing the next generation tools and processes for VDC. And you will help create media (written, <br>web/ html, video) in content bursts which engage our internal Detailers, Designers, BIM technicians and <br>Field & Shop Personnel in growth and learning about new processes.</p><p style="margin: 0;"> </p><p style="margin: 0;"><strong>Experience desired in the following:</strong><br>· Microsoft Excel<br>· Other Microsoft office products.<br>· Web/ HTML/ Photoshop or other imaging or video tools<br>· Engaging Writing / Video Content from any form of marketing, creative or Social Media <br> experience<br>· Revit</p><p style="margin: 0;"> </p><p style="margin: 0;"><strong>VDC Responsibilities:</strong><br>· Assist in Projects to Clean and Modify the Fabrication CADmep Database for Revit, build content, <br> families and data sets for BIM, Project Data, Fabrication Processing Data and Estimating Data<br>· Create, Edit and upload media to the CADLearning and VDC Procedures websites.<br>· Follow a schedule for release of content, release of new training materials, or prebuilt training <br> specified for focus on a schedule, and send notices to team members.</p><p style="margin: 0;"> </p><p style="margin: 0;"><strong>Specialized Technology Support Primary Duties and Responsibilities:</strong><br>· Support the project team with model management /coordination processes aligned with BIM<br> execution plans.<br>· Inform Detailing Managers and Ops Tech Team leads of project or other delivery issues<br>· Support Detailing Team specialized IT Needs, including Computer setup and support issue <br> tickets</p><p style="margin: 0;"> </p><p style="margin: 0;"> </p><p style="margin: 0;"> </p></div>

Salary Range

$70,000- $100,000 per year based on experience (FSLA Non-Exempt)
