text-align: start;" dir="ltr">Equipment purchase orders.</p></li><li><p style="margin: 0; text-align: start;" dir="ltr">Backup for purchase orders.</p></li><li><p style="margin: 0; text-align: start;" dir="ltr">Special tax projects.</p></li><li><p style="margin: 0; text-align: start;" dir="ltr">Create subcontracts or MSA’s.</p></li><li><p style="margin: 0; text-align: start;" dir="ltr">Maintain record of subcontractor status.</p></li><li><p style="margin: 0; text-align: start;" dir="ltr">Create sales assists in WennSoft and CRM.</p></li><li><p style="margin: 0; text-align: start;" dir="ltr">Closeout all sales assists.</p></li><li><p style="margin: 0; text-align: start;" dir="ltr">Create JCT work orders for resolutions and refrigerant tracking.</p></li><li><p style="margin: 0; text-align: start;" dir="ltr">Check older open jobs and complete if possible, review in project meeting.</p></li><li><p style="margin: 0; text-align: start;" dir="ltr">Work order closure meeting- Update service accounting on open work orders projects and controls.</p></li><li><p style="margin: 0; text-align: start;" dir="ltr">When required, assemble and provide initial project documentation to the customer.</p></li><li><p style="margin: 0; text-align: start;" dir="ltr">Create Closure Packet containing the following documents listed in order- cover sheet, proposal, warranty letter, startup sheets, photos (before/after), equipment documents/manuals, certified payroll and subcontractor documents. Send to customer through DropBox.</p></li><li><p style="margin: 0; text-align: start;" dir="ltr">File these documents in the CRM job folder "Project Closeout".</p></li><li><p style="margin: 0; text-align: start;" dir="ltr">Work with Project Managers for warranty calls. Verify warranty start dates.</p></li><li><p style="margin: 0; text-align: start;" dir="ltr">Coordinate with service for emergency support and high work load periods.</p></li><li><p style="margin: 0; text-align: start;" dir="ltr">Cover front desk receptionist position for lunch every day and school schedule.</p></li><li><p style="margin: 0; text-align: start;" dir="ltr">Cover dispatch while meetings are held and help cover phones when someone is out sick or on vacation</p></li></ul></div>
